Tennessee took the #1 spot on CNBC's list of Top Ten Best States for Retirement.  Of course, that doesn't surprise any of us here in the Volunteer State. With the best access to medical care in the country, the second lowest cost of living in the country, the third lowest tax burden, and wonderfully mild weather, Tennessee really is a great choice for retirement.
