    We believe that great teams are always better than great solo players and that decisions made as part of a consolidated plan get better results than those made in isolation. That’s why we’ve structured ourselves as a multi-specialist team rather than a group of “lone rangers” and why we’ve always taken a holistic approach to advice. It just makes sense to us that this approach produces more favorable results and better experiences.

  • What sets you apart and allows you to produce these results?

    Unlike many brokers or agents, we are fiduciaries. As a Registered Investment Advisor, we are legally bound to always be transparent and to act in our client’s best interest. This also means that we accept no compensation from any firm that is not disclosed to our clients. In addition, being organized into a multi-specialty team allows us to have several sets of eyes on the issues facing our clients. Almost without exception, these differing perspectives expose pros and cons that may otherwise be missed.

  • How will you assure me that you're able to deliver this?

    From the beginning of our relationship, you will see that we have a consistent process. This process is carried out by multiple individuals and is designed to produce a solution customized for you. From the “Discovery” phase to our ongoing monitoring, we continually communicate with you at the level you desire. Another fundamental difference that you will see early on is our proactive nature. We work very hard at mitigating risks and perils before they appear, and seizing opportunities that may otherwise not be aware of.

  • What concrete information about your firm gives me confidence that this will actually happen?

    Eighteen years as an ongoing independent business speaks volumes. We are also honored and proud that our clients are willing to act as references. These two factors, along with the fact that no advisors in our firm have ever had a complaint filed against them, suggest that we are having some success in aspiring to have our clients answer in the affirmative to three simple questions: "Can I trust you?", "Are you committed to what you're doing?", and "Do you care about me?"

  • How much contact do you have with your clients?

    We are committed to keeping our clients well informed, and maintain regular contact with them to ensure that they are involved in the process. We provide weekly emails, quarterly newsletters, cards, phone calls, client appreciations events, and face-to-face meetings.
